Directions:
- Shampoo hair with clarifying shampoo and towel dry.
- Wrap hair with minimal tension using perm rods.
- Apply waving solution, saturating each rod evenly.
- Place a plastic cap over the rods and secure.
- Process hair for 5-20 minutes (for normal/resistant hair) or 10 minutes (for tinted hair with up to 20 vol).
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water for at least 5 minutes.
- Towel blot each rod and apply neutralizer.
- Wait 5 minutes, remove rods gently, and apply remaining neutralizer.
- Rinse thoroughly for 3-5 minutes.
- Towel dry and style as desired. Wait 48 hours before shampooing or conditioning.
