TERMS & CONDITIONS
HEALTH & SAFETY
1. All attendees and models are required to wear enclosed footwear (thongs and sandals are not acceptable).
2. No guest (excluding model) are to be brought along to the class, this includes children and babies.
ILLNESS
3. In the event of a participant being too ill or injured to attend a course or event, a refund will only be available upon presentation of a medical certificate from a qualified General Practitioner.
4. Medical Certificates must be received within seven (7) days of the course date.
ATTENDEE REQUIREMENTS
5. It is the attendees responsibility to clearly state all dietary requirements at the time of booking where applicable.
6. Attendees are responsible for bringing all tools and equipment required as outlined.
MODEL REQUIREMENTS
7. Attendees are responsible for organising their own models and are required to ensure they are appropriate as per the course guide.
8. Salon Hair Care holds no responsibility to locate models under any circumstances. When searching for a model we recommend posting in the ‘Hair Models Adelaide’ Facebook group to source one.
9. In the event you are unable to acquire a model, mannequin heads are available for purchase at the attendee's expense.
10. Lunch will not be provided for models.
PAYMENT & ENROLMENT
11. Fees are due to be paid in full upon enrolment.
12. Preference for places in the course will be given in order of enrolment.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
13. Bookings are NON-REFUNABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, unless Salon Hair Care is notified of the student cancellation no less than thirty (30) days prior to the course commencement or unless meeting the information stated within the illness policy.
14. Course cancellations must be made via email to education@salonhaircare.com.au
15. No refunds will be given for absenteeism.
COURSE CHANGES
16. Courses which do not achieve enrolment targets may be cancelled in which case fees will be fully refunded or transferred to another course.

All general Education Terms & Conditions apply to The SHC Collective memberships.
BOOKING DETAILS, EXPIRY & EXCLUSIONS
1. Classes must be booked within 12 months of activating membership
2. Membership classes and in-salon training exclude Clever Curl, Weft, Qiqi (in-salon training) and Business Building classes. Class exclusions for semester 2 will be specified in July - December program.
3. 1 membership purchase per salon
4. 1 attendee per salon per class
IN-SALON TRAINING
5. In-salon training for metro salons only. Regional salons will receive training via Zoom
6. In-salon training session duration: 2 hours

7. Level 1 additional classes discount 20% off
