Sheridan Rose Shaw is a POWERHOUSE in the hairdressing industry and the sole Creative Director of MAMAWEST. Celebrating 12 years of sobriety, she has channeled her addictive energy into creativity & business, transforming the inner west of Melbourne's hairdressing scene, making waves for 18 years!
Sheridan’s name is synonymous with creativity, community and excellence, having scooped up numerous awards including AHFA FAME TEAM Artistic Team of the Year, AHIA Victorian Salon of the Year 2023, Newcomer Salon of the Year, Most Innovative Business of the Year, Contribution to Business Award awards & AHFA Victorian Hairdresser finalist, AHIA New Creative Talent, HOT SHOTS finalist. With over 11 years in the hair industry, Shara has built a reputation for delivering beautiful results through a holistic lens - where healthy hair begins with a healthy scalp.
Her personal journey with scalp and health challenges inspired a passion for clean, high-performance products and a deeper understanding of trichology. This path naturally led her to become a qualified trichologist, combining her love of hair with a desire to support others through their own hair and scalp concerns.
Now, Shara works closely with clients seeking thoughtful, tailored solutions—bringing empathy, expertise, and wellness together in every consultation.

Cathy Franze
With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry - including 23 years as a successful salon owner - Cathy Franze is a true expert in helping people look and feel their absolute best.
After selling her beloved business in 2020, Cathy returned to the salon world with a renewed love for the craft, now working three days a week and embracing the beauty life at a more relaxed pace. Her favourite treatments? Think indulgent facials, flawless waxing, golden spray tans, soothing massages, and perfectly defined brows and lashes.
Cathy’s warm, down-to-earth nature instantly puts clients at ease, while her decades of hands-on experience ensure every treatment is delivered with care, confidence, and results. Whether you're after a moment of calm or a full glow-up, Cathy brings a feel-good energy that keeps clients coming back time and time again.

Dallan Flint
Dallan has been a licensed professional in the beauty industry for over 24 years of experience. He considers himself a student of life and believes there’s always something we can learn from one another. His specialty is a little bit of everything: blonding, color, vivids, extensions, textured and curly hair, Japanese permanent hair straightening, layered haircuts, shags, avant-garde, camp, and major transformations—these are his favorites.
Dallan has been nationally and internationally nominated, won several awards for his work, and has been published and recognized globally in magazines and competitions around the world. In 2015, he started his own brand and business, Haus of Flint (HOF), with his wife and partner, Kristen Correa (aka KJ, the "Momager").
When he’s not behind the chair slaying hair, Dallan loves chilling at the beach, is a major foodie (so eating some ono kine grindz), drinking a cold crisp beer, spending time with his family and fur babies, shopping, supporting local businesses, traveling, teaching, doing photoshoots, or planning the next big thing.
If you haven’t had the chance to meet Dallan or sit in his chair yet, he’s loud, funny, caring, wears his heart on his sleeve, and is top tier in his profession. You’ll leave with a friend for life, smiles, belly aches, and of course, some healthy, bomb-ass, sexy hair.

Chelsea Watson, of Chelsea Louise Hair is a South Australian Freelance Hairdresser with over 15 years experience in the Industry.

Ashleigh Palmer
A third-generation stylist with nearly 20 years in the industry, Ashleigh lives and breathes hairdressing. With a rich family legacy and a childhood spent in salons, her passion for the craft runs deep—and it shows in every cut, colour, and conversation.
Fresh from an incredible chapter in the UK, Ashleigh brings with her global experience from one of London’s top award-winning salons. Her time abroad saw her working behind the scenes at London Fashion Week, The BAFTAs, and on editorial shoots for powerhouse brands like Tom Ford, Smashbox, and Clinique.
Ashleigh’s commitment to her craft is matched by her extensive training with global icons including Aveda, L’Oréal, Oribe, and Goldwell. Her approach blends technical excellence with editorial flair—making her a true all-rounder and a standout in both salon
and session styling.
Now back home, Ashleigh is ready to share her knowledge, creativity, and passion with both clients and fellow stylists. Whether she's creating a lived-in luxe look or mentoring the next generation, she does it with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of hair wisdom.

Emma Marie
With 14 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Emma has seamlessly evolved from ladies’ hairdressing into men’s grooming and barbering. This transition has been a natural progression, driven by her desire for continual growth and new challenges in her craft. Emma enjoys the atmosphere in the barber studio, making men feel and look their best!
Over the years Emma has been educating in salons, holding her own workshops and cutting at hair festivals. Emma's most recent collaboration was working with WAHL pro as an ambassador.
Emma will be taking the Modern Mullet for Men course this semester, and to say it's on-trend is an understatement — be sure to lock your salon into this one.
Katrina May
With 38 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Katrina has dedicated her career to mastering and evolving her craft. Based predominantly in South Australia, she has spent the past 13 years as a salon owner, managing and mentoring a team of up to 10 professionals at any given time.
Her passion for hair extensions has driven her to develop her own brand, ensuring high-quality products and techniques that enhance both the client experience and the stylist’s ability to deliver exceptional results.
As an educator, Katrina thrives in a dynamic environment and loves sharing her knowledge with others. Whether working hands-on in a salon or leading a training session, her goal is to provide clear, practical, and innovative education that empowers stylists to expand their skill set and grow their business.
Katrina will be leading our Extend Your Weft Knowledge course in June, and we are so excited to learn from her!
Toni-Jade Farrell
Toni started her hairdressing career in 2013 getting qualified in 2017 in a prestigious salon in the heart of Adelaide CBD. She then branched off on her own specializing in wedding hair in 2022. Toni jumped all in with both feet and hit the ground running when she opened Blushing Bridal Hair.
Successfully completing over 150 wedding parties in that short time with a 5-star customer satisfaction rating, Toni has been nominated in the Beyond The Ponytail styling awards in 2023 & 2024 and placed top three in the prestigious ABIA awards and Wedding industry awards in 2022 & 2023. Toni was then announced the winner of the 2024 Wedding Industry Awards coming 1st place in the hairstyling category.
Toni will be taking our Upstyling with a Modern Twist course this semester, and with one class already under her belt, we're so excited to see here at SHC again!

Marion is a proud Italian-born hairdresser who has called Perth home for nearly 28 years. A dedicated mum of three and the owner of a cruelty-free, pet-friendly salon, she’s built a loyal following and earned the title of “Most Recommended Salon in the Region” two

Lisa Robertson
Hailing from Parlour Glenelg, Lisa has been cutting hair for 19 years. She's honed her skills by learning from many industry greats, and now she wants to be a part of your upskilling journey.
Lisa's vibe? She's all about styling hair in a way that makes it easy for the client to do themselves at home. She's competed in many competitions over the years to push herself and flex her creativity, winning her fair share of trophies. Biggest to date is AHIA SA/Tas hairdresser of the year for 2022.
Lisa will be taking our Mastering Mid-Length Hair: The Bob as well as Mastering Short Hair: The Pixie courses. These courses are designed to refresh your knowledge and offer you the skills to master these modern cuts.
Lisa Vuong
Lisa is a creative force with a deep passion for storytelling through design and digital media. With over seven years of professional experience, her expertise spans across graphic design, photography, content creation, and social media management.
She has had the privilege of managing and creating content for a wide range of clients — from national retailers to local small businesses, and across industries such as beauty, fashion, food and beverage, music, and more. Her creative work has driven real results, including a viral video for a client that reached over 8 million organic views.
As an artist, Lisa has also built a global customer base for her custom art pieces. Her work has been commissioned by major brands like Instagram, ASOS and Timberland, and she’s collaborated with prominent social media personalities and musicians including Latto, Hasbulla, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and Weezer.
Lisa’s strength lies in helping brands stand out online by creating authentic, eye-catching content that resonates.
