Ciarán Vincent-Purcell

With over 25 years in the hair industry, Ciarán’s journey began behind the chair - but his passion for connection, growth, and education quickly carved a new path. Since 2013, he’s educated over 1,500 stylists on how to build trust, boost confidence, and deliver incredible client experiences - without ever feeling pushy or inauthentic. 

As a former Brand Experience Director for a major salon group in Ireland, Ciarán has a proven track record of aligning vision with action. His approach is grounded in consistency, honest recommendations, and a deep understanding of what makes both clients and teams thrive. 

Now as Brand Strategist for Salon Hair Care, Ciarán is doing what he does best - elevating salons through smart social strategies, meaningful marketing, and a whole lot of heart. He brings clarity, creativity, and alignment to every salon he partners with, helping teams stay focused, inspired, and ahead of the curve. 

Sheridan Rose

Sheridan Rose Shaw is a trailblazer in the Australian hairdressing scene and the founder and Director of MAMAWEST. With 18 years of industry experience and a personal journey of 12 years of sobriety, Sheridan channels her energy into creativity, mentorship, and community, transforming Melbourne’s inner west hair scene with boldness and authenticity.

Celebrated for her visionary approach and fearless leadership, Sheridan’s work has earned national recognition. She has been a finalist for AHFA Victorian Hairdresser of the Year in 2024 and 2025, and for Master Cutter of the Year in 2025. Under her guidance, MAMAWEST has received accolades including AHIA Victorian Salon of the Year, Newcomer Salon of the Year, Most Innovative Business of the Year, and the Contribution to Business Award. In 2023, she was selected for the prestigious AHFA FAME Team.

As a national educator, Sheridan shares her expertise across Australia, teaching foundational and advanced skills in creative cutting and colour. In the salon, she is dedicated to mentoring her team, uplifting others, and fostering a bold, inclusive, and inspiring environment. Her philosophy is simple: Life’s too short for SH!T hair. Sheridan is committed to creating unforgettable experiences for her clients and empowering her team to excel, making MAMAWEST more than a salon - it’s a movement.

Cathy Franze

With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry - including 23 years as a successful salon owner - Cathy Franze is a true expert in helping people look and feel their absolute best.

After selling her beloved business in 2020, Cathy returned to the salon world with a renewed love for the craft, now working three days a week and embracing the beauty life at a more relaxed pace. Her favourite treatments? Think indulgent facials, flawless waxing, golden spray tans, soothing massages, and perfectly defined brows and lashes.

Cathy’s warm, down-to-earth nature instantly puts clients at ease, while her decades of hands-on experience ensure every treatment is delivered with care, confidence, and results. Whether you're after a moment of calm or a full glow-up, Cathy brings a feel-good energy that keeps clients coming back time and time again.

Anthony Taverna

A pioneer in the men’s grooming industry, Anthony combines skill, style, and entrepreneurial vision to redefine modern barbering. As the owner of Plek Barbershop - with locations in the city and Fulham Gardens - he has built more than a brand; he’s created a movement. With an expert understanding of hair texture, face shape, and lifestyle, Anthony crafts tailored, wearable, and effortlessly stylish looks.

His attention to detail and ability to turn trends into personalised styles make him a sought-after barber and educator. Anthony is a highly regarded educator for Salon Hair Care and Depot Male Tools Australia, delivering fast-paced, technique-driven sessions that empower barbers and stylists to refine their craft and confidently own their space in the market. As an ambassador for Depot Male Tools and Andis Clippers, Anthony brings global brands to life with authenticity, precision, and respect for the craft.

Whether behind the chair, on stage, or in the classroom, his mission is simple: elevate men’s grooming through education, innovation, and artistry. From sharp fades to soft textures, Anthony doesn’t just follow trends - he sets them.

Chelsea Watson

Chelsea Watson, of Chelsea Louise Hair is a South Australian Freelance Hairdresser with over 15 years experience in the Industry.  

Previously awarded the popularity award of - 'South Australia’s Best Hairdresser’ in 2023. Chelsea has gone on to take her expertise of the Hairdressing industry into the freelance space, working on global bridal campaigns, photoshoots and weddings. 

Chelsea is known for her modern take on classic hair styling, always keeping on top of the latest styling trends with her up to date social media feed full of inspiration. This ever evolving sector has seen her work with a range of industry leaders including, GHD, Mermade and Davroe.

Loren

With 18 years of hands-on experience, Loren is a force in the salon world - bringing a unique blend of precision, creativity, and infectious energy to every session. Based at the vibrant Ensemble Salon in Melrose Park, Adelaide, Loren has become a go-to expert for
lived-in blondes, dimensional balayage, and seamless foil work that grows out like a dream.

Her artistry and attention to detail earned her 3rd place at the 2024 L’Oréal Style & Colour Trophy Awards, proving she’s not only passionate about hair—she’s also one to watch on the competition stage.

What makes Loren truly stand out? Her ability to connect. Whether she's behind the chair or leading a classroom, her fun-loving nature and approachable teaching style create a learning environment that’s inspiring, inclusive, and packed with real, usable skills. Loren is all about helping stylists find their flow, understand the why behind the how, and walk away confident to bring their own balayage magic to life.

Lisa Vuong

Lisa is a creative force with a deep passion for storytelling through design and digital media. With over seven years of professional experience, her expertise spans across graphic design, photography, content creation, and social media management. 

She has had the privilege of managing and creating content for a wide range of clients — from national retailers to local small businesses, and across industries such as beauty, fashion, food and beverage, music, and more. Her creative work has driven real results, including a viral video for a client that reached over 8 million organic views. 

As an artist, Lisa has also built a global customer base for her custom art pieces. Her work has been commissioned by major brands like Instagram, ASOS and Timberland, and she’s collaborated with prominent social media personalities and musicians including Latto, Hasbulla, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and Weezer. 

Lisa’s strength lies in helping brands stand out online by creating authentic, eye-catching content that resonates. Her workshop is designed to give you the tools and insights needed to take your social media presence to the next level that is backed by real-world experience, viral success, and a genuine love for creative storytelling. 

Lisa Robertson

Hailing from Parlour Glenelg, Lisa has been cutting hair for 19 years. She's honed her skills by learning from many industry greats, and now she wants to be a part of your upskilling journey.

Lisa's vibe? She's all about styling hair in a way that makes it easy for the client to do themselves at home. She's competed in many competitions over the years to push herself and flex her creativity, winning her fair share of trophies. Biggest to date is AHIA SA/Tas hairdresser of the year for 2022.

Lisa will be taking our Mastering Mid-Length Hair: The Bob as well as Mastering Short Hair: The Pixie courses. These courses are designed to refresh your knowledge and offer you the skills to master these modern cuts.
