Nobody Knows More About Perms Create shiny, long-lasting curls, waves and texture on all hair types with Robert de Soto iPerms. The Robert de Soto iPerm Acid Perm for Normal Hair produces fabulous natural looking curls for normal hair textures.
Directions: Shampoo hair with a clarifying shampoo. Use perm rods for curls required. Apply Softener Agent on evenly. Repeat in approx. 5 minutes. Leave softener Agent on hair for 10-30 minutes. Cover hair with perm cap or similar. Test a curl to confirm curl is as required and, if so, rinse hair and towel dry. If not, continue processing as required. Apply Neutralizer Agent evenly to curls starting from the back of the head. again. Leave it on for 8minutes. Remove perm rods. Thoroughly rinse with water. Style hair as required.
