Directions:
- Shampoo hair with clarifying shampoo.
- Wrap hair with perm rods for the desired curl size.
- Apply Softener Agent evenly and leave on for 10-30 minutes.
- Check curls after 5 minutes and adjust processing time if needed.
- Once curls are achieved, rinse hair and towel dry.
- Apply Neutralizer Agent evenly, starting from the back of the head.
- Leave on for 8 minutes, then remove perm rods.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
- Style as desired.
