Directions: Cleanse hair with 4 Bond N' Plex Shampoo, then apply a small amount of conditioner. For daily conditioning, liquefy and distribute through hair, then rinse. For deep conditioning, leave on for 3-5 minutes or up to 10 minutes for extreme conditioning, then rinse thoroughly.
