Instant Neutralizer for Professional Use

Wavol Instant Neutraliser is specifically formulated to lower the PH levels and stop the further processing of the perm solution. The unique formula contains Sodium Bromate, which assists in protecting the hair.

Directions: Upon completion of processing and thorough rinsing apply neutraliser to wound perm rods with applicator or sponge, starting from the nape. Each rod should be saturated with neutraliser. Allow a fixing time of 5 minutes. Remove rods gently without stretching the hair and apply neutraliser. Allow a further 5 minutes fixing time. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
