Directions: Mix System Blonde High Performance Powder Lightener with ASP Crème Developer to a creamy consistency. Apply to dry hair using preferred technique and process for up to 50 minutes, checking frequently. For on-scalp use, only 3% (10vol) or 6% (20vol) is recommended.
