With a career spanning salon ownership, vocational education and industry training, Rachael brings a well-rounded and practical approach to hairdressing education.

Her experience includes training and assessing across Certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma qualifications, delivering education in both structured classroom environments and workplace-based learning. She has worked extensively with apprentices, emerging stylists and experienced professionals, supporting their development through technical training, mentoring and assessment.

Passionate about strong foundations, Rachael believes confidence behind the chair starts with a deep understanding of the fundamentals. Her teaching style focuses on building knowledge with purpose, helping hairdressers understand not just the “how”, but the “why” behind their decisions.

Throughout her career, she has supported salon growth through education, team development and skill advancement, while also contributing to large-scale education programs, facilitator development and industry mentoring initiatives. She has worked alongside leading educators from both Australia and overseas, continually refining her own approach to delivering engaging, practical and results-driven education.
