Sheridan Rose Shaw is a trailblazer in the Australian hairdressing scene and the founder and Director of MAMAWEST. With 18 years of industry experience and a personal journey of 12 years of sobriety, Sheridan channels her energy into creativity, mentorship, and community, transforming Melbourne’s inner west hair scene with boldness and authenticity. Celebrated for her visionary approach and fearless leadership, Sheridan’s work has earned national recognition.

She has been a finalist for AHFA Victorian Hairdresser of the Year in 2024 and 2025, and for Master Cutter of the Year in 2025. Under her guidance, MAMAWEST has received accolades including AHIA Victorian Salon of the Year, Newcomer Salon of the Year, Most Innovative Business of the Year, and the Contribution to Business Award. In 2023, she was selected for the prestigious AHFA FAME Team. As a national educator, Sheridan shares her expertise across Australia, teaching foundational and advanced skills in creative cutting and colour. In the salon, she is dedicated to mentoring her team, uplifting others, and fostering a bold, inclusive, and inspiring environment.
