Black Friday Terms & Conditions

EARLY ACCESS

Early access is available online only, not in-store or over the phone. To sign up for early access make sure you have signed up to our mailing list via the pop up on our website. If you have any issues signing up you are welcome to email us at enquiries@salonhaircare.com.au. 

ONLINE PROMOTION TERMS

The allocated discount will be applied at the checkout automatically. These promotions exist while stocks last, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including other discount codes which will be turned off for the duration of this sale). If there are any items out of stock we will be in touch with you prior to dispatching your orders. Exclusions may apply.

Draft orders (for account holders) will be temporarily disabled throughout the duration of this sale. Promotional pricing is not available on account, you must pay at the time of purchasing.

The Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotion runs from Thursday 27 November 9am until Monday 1 December 11:59pm ACDT.

IN-STORE PROMOTION TERMS

Discounts will be applied at checkout. Promotional pricing is available while stocks last. Some exclusions apply, see in-store for details. To redeem the Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotion, payment must be made via EFT or cash on the day. Orders placed on account will not receive Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotional pricing. If your account currently has a custom discount, it will be temporarily removed during the sale period and reinstated on Tuesday, 2 December. If you place an order on account and have a custom discount with us, a credit adjustment will be processed on Tuesday, 2 December to apply your standard discount. Normal trading terms do not apply. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotions run on Friday 28 November (during store hours) and on Monday 1 December (during store hours). 

GENERAL TERMS

We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale prices on past orders in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We are also unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended. This sale is strictly on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above.

Any orders placed online can be delivered for a fee, or picked up from Cross Road. You will be notified when your order can be collected (should you opt to pick up your order). You cannot pick up and online order from any other store.

RETURN POLICY

The returns policy is as normal. Please refer to the policy here.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our dispatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however, given the volume that we are expecting both in-store and online, we cannot promise same-day dispatch on orders. Please allow for some delays in delivery by our couriers given how busy this time of year is. We are not able to refund your order if your order does not arrive in time.
